WordMailMerge for MS CRM 3
WordMailMerge is a Microsoft CRM Add-On that enables you to create Word-Documents with data from MS CRM. With this Add-On you can start to merge contact,account,..-details into a template directly from the web client (this feature is shown in Demo 3) and write letter activities back in the MS CRM.
  • Now you can add additional fields to the mail merge fields when creating a mail merge
  • WordMailMerge now also you to use nearly every field also custom fields to generate word documents
  • Generate word documents with custom entities and insert related informations from accounts.

  • Create mail merges using quotes, sales orders, invoices and use custom fields
  • Generate letters and send it as PDF per email.( requires PDF995 or Adobe PDFWriter )
  • WordMailMerge for MS CRM 3 enables you to use saved views. This means you can generate your query with the advanced search in MS CRM and use this saved query to generate your mass email or to mass print letters.
  • WordMailMerge gives you the ability to create mail merges and subsequently save them to a CRM Object as an outgoing letter activity- with the content of the Word document as description and the document is attached as a note.
  • Save ANY Word document in Microsoft CRM.
  • Allows you to send personalized emails/newsletters with attachments.
  • System requirements: Office 2000/XP or 2003
  • When creating a letter with the entities quote,salesorder,invoice you are able to get contact information from the related other contacts.
  • You have now the ability to use the owner in your single letters or mail merges.
